POSITION: PRINCIPAL

Qualification and Experience

• Ph.D. and first class in Bachelors and Masters Degree in any branch of Engineering from a reputed University.
• 15 years of experience in Teaching/Research/Industry out of which 5 years shall be the  role of a Principal in a reputed Engineering College
• Age below 55 Years.
• Salary commensurate with experience and as per Industry Standards
• Flair of Management and Leadership is essential
• Should be an Administrator with proven track records
• Shall be well aware of the rules and regulations of the Autonomous institutions, Education 4.0, NIRF, NBA, NAAC, NEP Ranking and New Era Technologies.

POSITION:  DIRECTOR – BUSINESS SCHOOL

Qualification and Experience

• Ph. D in Management with  MBA or equivalent from a reputed University
• 15 years of experience in Teaching/Research/Industry, presently working as Professor, out of which 5 years shall be the  role of  a Director/Head in a reputed Business School.
• Proficiency in Academic and Administrative functions.
• Age between 40-52 years

POSITION: ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

Qualification and Experience

• MBA in HR/Finance/Public Administration from a reputed University
• 10 to 15 years of experience in Administrative Role out of which 10 years shall be the head of administration in a reputed organization having staff strength of more than 300 employees.
• Proficiency in Accounting and Finance will be an added advantage.
• Sound computer literacy and communication skills required.
• Age between 40-50 years
