The following documents are to be submitted at the time of admission:

> Receipt of Fee remitted in the Postoffice/Online, as instructed by CEE.

> Mark list/and Pass certificate (where applicable) of 12th Standard/ Equivalent Exam in original with two attested copies.

> SSLC / equivalent certificate in original to prove date of birth with two attested copies.

> Transfer certificate in original from the institution last studied.

> Course and Conduct certificate in original from the institution last studied.

> Migration certificate in original, for students other than those passed Kerala Plus 2, VHSE, THSE.

> Allotment Memo (2nd Phase) from CEE.

> Admit card of KEAM Entrance Examination.

> Entrance Mark data sheet issued by KEAM - CEE.

> Result sheet (Score) of KEAM Entrance Examination 2019 conducted by CEE.

> Physical Fitness certificate in the format provided in the prospectus for Entrance Exam.

Four passport size (colour) photographs.

> Community/ Income certificate as proof in support of any claim for reservation.

> Proof for special reservation if applicable.

> Originals of the documents uploaded in the website of CEE.

> Copy of Aadhar Card.
 

FULL FEE WAIVER SCHEME BY MANAGEMENT
The management offers full fee waiver for meritorious students who secure ranks up to 4000 and admitted in FISAT through Govt. Quota. They have to remit the required fees in the bank as notified by CEE and produce the receipt for refund of the amount. Sustained progress is required to continue in the scheme in higher semesters.

FULL TUITION FEE WAIVER SCHEME
The AICTE approved Tuition Fee Waiver scheme is implemented in the college. Accordingly 5% of the total intake will be filled under this scheme. These seats will be filled by the Govt. and eligibility for admission will be as per the norms of this scheme. The selection is made purely on the basis of Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination rank list and family income.

Fees can be paid either by Draft favouring FISAT payable at Ernakulam/Aluva or by Cash or by cheque or by swiping ATM/Debit card or by transfer to FISAT Bank Account No: 17140100001036 at Federal Bank Hormis Nagar Branch (IFSC: FDRL0001714).

** As per the notification by CEE, those who get allotment should remit Rs.10,000/- in favour of CEE, Trivandrum at any of the Head/Sub Post Offices in Kerala or by way of online payment. The receipt of the same must be submitted to the college office at the time of admission.

Note:  Fees are subjected to changes by Government/University Orders, time to time.


For those students found eligible for tuition fee exemption under Tuition Fee Waiver scheme or found eligible for lower fees, under any Govt. schemes the Management will return the excess fees realized from the students within one week of intimation of such concession by Commissioner of Entrance Examination.

In such cases, Rs. 50000 will be returned to students eligible under Tuition fee waiver scheme and Rs. 25000 will be returned to students eligible under low income group.

50% seats of the sanctioned intake of students in B Tech courses are set apart for centralized allotment by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.

Eligibility

1. Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala, or Examinations recognized as equivalent thereto, with 50 % marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM), put together and 50% in Mathematics separately, are eligible for Govt. quota admission.

Note:- (i) In two year Kerala Higher Secondary courses or examinations recognized equivalent thereto with two year course where the Board Examinations are conducted in both years, the total marks of two years in the respective subjects as shown in the mark lists of the respective Higher Secondary Boards will be considered for academic eligibility.

(ii) In Higher Secondary courses or examinations recognised equivalent thereto where Board Examinations are conducted only at the end of 12th class (final year), the marks in the respective subjects as shown in the mark lists of the respective Higher Secondary Boards will be considered for academic eligibility.

(iii) For all other type of Higher Secondary courses or examinations recognised equivalent thereto, the marks of the respective subjects as shown in the mark list of the respective Board of Examinations will be considered for academic eligibility.*

2. He/ she shall be qualified in Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination 2019.

3. AGE: Applicants should have completed 17 years of age on 31st December 2019. No relaxation will be allowed.

 

Candidates will be admitted only if they possess the marks eligible for admission as per University and Govt. Norms for the qualifying examination and entrance examination.
