Mrs. Neenu James completed her MSc in Mathematics from K. E College, Mannanam in 2013. She  Completed her B-Ed in Mathematics from St. Joseph Training College, Mannanam in 2014. She worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Science and Humanities, FISAT during July 2015 to January 2016, July 2016 to January 2017 and March 2018 to April 2018. She worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Science and Humanities, BTCC during February 2016 to Jun 2016. She worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Science and Humanities, SJCET, Pala, during July 2017 to December 2017. She worked as a guest lecturer in the Department of Science and Humanities, CUSAT, Cochin, during August 2021 to February 2022. She worked as a guest teacher in  Aided Higher secondary school, Ezhupunna during December 2021 to October 2022. She Qualified SET exam and KTET exam.
