Profile

Ms. Shruthi Chandran is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Federal Institute of Science and Technology (FISAT). She is a highly motivated Computer Science professional experienced in teaching, with a passion for mentoring students and actively updating skills. She earned her B.Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Kerala. She subsequently completed her M.Tech degree in Computer Science with specialization in Image Processing, from the College of Engineering, Chengannur, under the Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT). Her academic and research interests include Image Processing, Artificial Intelligence, DBMS , Virtual Reality, Theory of Computation and Data Structures and Algorithms. She actively updates her technical expertise by participating in faculty development programmes, workshops, webinars, and other professional activities. In addition to teaching, she is dedicated to mentoring students in academic projects, seminars, technical presentations, and career development activities.
