The following documents are to be submitted at the time of admission:
- Receipt of Fee remitted in the Post office/Online, as instructed by CEE.
- Mark list/and Pass certificate (where applicable) of 12th Standard/ Equivalent Exam in original with two attested copies.
- SSLC / equivalent certificate in original to prove date of birth with two attested copies.
- Transfer certificate in original from the institution last studied.
- Course and Conduct certificate in original from the institution last studied.
- Migration certificate in original, for students other than those passed Kerala Plus 2, VHSE, THSE.
- Allotment Memo from CEE.(Phase 3)
- Admit card of KEAM Entrance Examination 2022.
- Entrance Mark data sheet issued by KEAM – CEE.
- Physical Fitness certificate in the format provided in the prospectus for Entrance Exam.
- Eligibility Certificate in original (if applicable).
- Four passport size (colour) photographs.
- Community/ Income certificate as proof in support of any claim for reservation.
- Proof for special reservation if applicable.
- Originals of the documents uploaded on the website of CEE.
- Copy of Aadhar Card.
- All the documents uploaded on the CEE website at the time of application.
- Any other documents required in the allotment memo as per the notification.
FEE STRUCTURE

** Caution deposit of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. 5000/- for SC/ST/OEC) has to be paid at the time of admission.*As per the notification by CEE, those who get allotment should remit the fee as shown in the allotment memo, at any of the Head/Sub Post Offices in Kerala or by way of online payment. The receipt of the same must be submitted to the college office at the time of admission.
Only Tuition fee is waived under AICTE-FW scheme. Special fees and other fees has to be paid to the college at the time of admission.

Scholarships will be awarded only after preparing the rank list based on the above criteria:
Scholarships continuity will be purely based on:
>> Pass in all subjects, in each semester, in first attempt.
>> Good conduct and any disciplinary action should not be initiated against him/her.
A student will be eligible for only one scholarship scheme.
2. AICTE TUITION FEE WAIVER SCHEME (TFW) : 5% supernumerary of the sanctioned seats in each branch will be allotted by CEE (based on KEAM rank and annual family income) as per the norms and eligibility laid down for the scheme.
Income certificate MUST be uploaded in the CEE portal.
3. ECONOMICALLY WEAKER SECTION (EWS) : EWS seats sanctioned in each branch will be allotted by CEE, based on KEAM rank and EWS Certificate uploaded in CEE portal; as per the norms and eligibility laid down for the scheme. Candidates have to select FIT and apply under EWS Quota in CEE portal.

50% seats of the sanctioned intake of students in B.Tech courses are set apart for centralized allotment by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE Kerala) (as per KEAM Prospectus).
Criteria for eligibility for Admission under Government Quota
(Refer KEAM Prospectus 2022, Clause 6)
>> Candidates should qualify the Engineering Entrance Examination (KEAM 2022) conducted by the Commissioner of Entrance Examination (CEE), Government of Kerala.
>> 50 % of the total seats are allotted by the Commissioner of Entrance Exam – CEE.
>> For Govt. Quota seats, candidates have to register their options online with the college code FIT and branch of preference as per instructions given by CEE.
>> Candidates must be citizens of India.
>> Candidates who have passed higher secondary examinations, Kerala or examinations recognized as equivalent thereto, with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and chemistry as one of the optional subjects with atleast 45% marks put together in the above subjects, are eligible for admission. In case, the candidate has not studied Chemistry, the marks obtained in Computer Science or Bio-Technology or Biology, shall be considered by giving preference to the aforementioned order of subjects.
