Dr. Sujesh P Lal has been a part of the Federal Institute of Science and Technology (FISAT) since March 2014, serving in the Department of Computer Applications. With over 20 years of teaching experience. In 2021, Dr. Sujesh P Lal earned his Doctorate degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Sathyabama University, Chennai, India. His research interests encompass AI, IoT, Sensor Networking. His educational background includes a M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from VIT University, Vellore in 2010, Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) from Bharatiar University in 2003.
Dr. Sujesh has made substantial contributions to academic discourse, publishing more than 20 articles in Scopus, SCI, Web Of Science, SCIE journals and conference proceedings. Notably, he is the patent holder for the “PERSONALIZED CARDIOVASCULAR DIAGNOSIS THROUGH ENSEMBLE DL” through IPR Cell of FISAT. His expertise extends to serving as a reviewer for prestigious journals published by Elsevier, Taylor & Francis, IEEE, as well as participating in various International conference review processes
In addition to his research achievements, Dr. Sujesh actively engages in educational initiatives, serving as a resource person in various training programs. His involvement extends to organizing and attending numerous FDPs, conferences, and outreach programs. Dr. Sujesh is also a lifetime member of ISTE (Indian Society for Technical Education), Life member of CSI (Computer Society of India) and a member of IEEE, also one among the Coordinators of IEEE (Educational Activities) Kochi Chapter.
