The infrastructure at FISAT is intended to support holistic education while emphasising sustainability. The FISAT master plan calls for a three-story main building with a central block housing the offices of the Charman, Principal, and administration, central library, main computer centre, conference hall, spacious seminar halls, and other amenities, as well as major building complexes on the sides housing classrooms, drawing halls, tutorial halls, departmental offices, libraries, and computer centres. The centre block of the institution is built in an environmentally friendly manner that does not obstruct the flow of a natural stream.
Among other things, there are laboratory building complexes, boys and girls hostels, staff quarters, college canteen, a stadium with all modern sports and games facilities, gymnasium, language lab, road network, and an electric power generation system.
The departments of EIE, ECE, and Science and Humanities are now housed in the south side building complex. The central block houses the Chairman’s office, Principal’s office, College office and Central Library. The north side building complex houses the CSE, MCA, and MBA departments.
The ME, CE, and EEE departments, as well as the Fabrication laboratory, are housed in the decennial block.
Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Civil & Mechanical Engineering, and Civil & Mechanical Engineering laboratory and workshop complexes have all been built to current standards and are fully operational. Three massive building complexes have been built outside the main structure for the aforementioned purposes.
An auditorium with a seating capacity of 800 people is in use, with high-tech audio equipment and stage configurations. Seminar rooms with LCD projectors and smart boards are available.
