Dr. Arun Gopi holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Science from CSIR–NIIST, Thiruvananthapuram (AcSIR,
India), with distinguished academic achievements including CSIR-NET/JRF, GATE in Chemistry
(97.2%, 2012), and BARC-2012 qualification. He earned his M.Sc. in Chemistry from St. Albert’s
College, Ernakulam, and his B.Sc. in Chemistry from St. Peter’s College, Kolenchery. He is a recipient
of the CSIR-UGC Junior and Senior Research Fellowships (2012–2017) and possesses over six years
of research experience in the synthesis and characterization of nanomaterials such as quantum dots,
metal nanoparticles, and two-dimensional superstructures. In addition, he has six years of teaching
experience in chemistry at both postgraduate and undergraduate levels. He has published extensively in
reputed peer-reviewed international journals and remains committed to advancing chemical sciences
through innovative research and excellence in teaching. He is also listed in the Kerala PSC merit and
supplementary lists for seven M.Sc. and Ph.D.-level PSC examinations. Since 2025, he has been serving
