Dr. Parvathy R completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from College of Engineering Trivandrum and post graduation in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Control and Instrumentation from IIT Madras. She scored All India Rank of 43 with an overall percentile of 99.31 for GATE 2000 Examination. She started her career as Lecturer at Amrita Institute of Technology and Science, Amritapuri on July 1, 2002. Later in 2004, she joined Federal Institute of Science And Technology. She was awarded PhD degree by Cochin University of Science And Technology (CUSAT) for her research in Active Disturbance Rejection Control. She has been selected as a reviewer of IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics. Her areas of interests are Control Algorithms, Disturbance Rejection Techniques, Robotics and Teaching Methodologies. She takes up the duty of KTU coordinator of FISAT.
