Dr. Paul P Mathai
Associate Professor

Dr. Paul P Mathai received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from University of Madras, India. Then he obtained his Master’s degree in Computer and Information Technology from Manonmanium Sundaranar University, India. In 2018, he received his Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science and Engineering from Noorul Islam Centre for Higher Education, Kanyakumari, India. He started his career as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Adi Shankara Institute of Engineering & Technology,Kalady, India during the period June 2005 to January 2011. He was working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Federal Institute of Science and Technology, Angamaly from January 2011 to February 2019. From March 1st, 2019 to October 30th, 2019 he was working as Assistant Professor (Senior Grade). On November 1st, 2019 he was promoted as Associate Professor. He is an approved supervisor of Kerala Technological University (KTU) and currently he is guiding 4 research scholars (Full time-1, Full Time with Doctoral Fellowship- 1, Part time 2). He has published 41 research papers in various International Journals. He is a Life member of ISTE and IAENG. He is acting as a reviewer in various scopus indexed International Journals. He has been selected as an External Academic Auditor of Kerala Technological University (KTU) from 2019 onwards. His specializations include Data Mining, Database Management Systems, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
