Dr. Unnikrishnan S completed his B.Tech in Civil Engineering from SCMS School of Engineering and Technology, Ernakulam in the year 2013  and his M. Tech in Geotechnical Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal in 2016. He completed his PhD in Effect of Pore Fluids on Bentonite-Kaolinite Mixed Mineralogy Clays with Morphological Validation, from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, in 2025. He joined FISAT as Assistant Professor in January, 2026. His research interests include Analysis and Design of Shallow and Deep Foundations, Ground Improvement Techniques and Geosynthetics Engineering.
