Mr. Anuranj P is currently serving as an Assistant Professor (Special Grade) in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. He is in the final stages of his research work on VANETs at Noorul Islam College of Engineering College, Nagercoil. Mr. Anuranj earned his Master’s in Computer Science from Vinayaka Mission University, Salem, in 2010. His educational background also includes a B.E. in Computer Engineering from Dr. M. G. R. Engineering College (Anna University), Chennai, in 2005, and a Diploma in Computer Engineering from SSM Poly Technic, Tirur, in 2002.
With a total of 16.5 years of teaching experience and 6 months of industrial experience, Mr. Anuranj has been an Assistant Professor in the Computer Science and Engineering department at FISAT since February 7, 2011. He commenced his professional journey as a Software Developer at IFlux Solutions, Bangalore, in 2005. Before joining FISAT, he worked as a lecturer in three different engineering colleges in Kerala.
During his tenure at FISAT, Mr. Anuranj has taken on various roles, making significant contributions to the institution’s growth. Currently, he is in the final stages of his research on “Data Transfer Efficiency Enhancement in VANETs.” He is an affiliated member of both ISTE and IEEE.
Actively involved in numerous committees, Mr. Anuranj has played a key role in NACC and NBA accreditation processes, ISO certification, College Magazine design, and served as the Anti-Ragging Committee in-charge. He has authored five publications in conferences and journals and has organized and attended multiple Faculty Development Programs (FDPs). Throughout his career, he has taught a wide range of subjects, including Theory of Computation, Networks, Microprocessors, Data Structures, Operating Systems, and more.
