Profile

Ms. Simi Stephen completed her B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Co-operative Institute of Technology, Vadakara (2003, CUSAT). She completed her M.Tech in Computer Network Engineering from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore (2010, VTU). She started her career as an Adhoc Lecturer at NIT, Calicut (2004). She has worked as a Lecturer at AWH Engineering College, Calicut (2005-2007) and Oxford College of Engineering, Bangalore (2009-2010). She joined as lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Federal Institute of Science and Technology, Angamaly on 30th August 2010, became Assistant Professor on 30th August 2011 and became Assistant Professor (Special Grade) on 1st November 2019. She was promoted to Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) on 1st June 2025. She has a teaching experience of more than 15 years. She is a lifetime member of ISTE. She qualified UGC NET exam in May 2021. She is currently pursuing Ph.D under KTU from July 2023 onwards.
