The selected vendor shall supply, install, operate, and dismantle the following systems for FORUM 2026, to be held at FISAT Auditorium on 22 January 2026, for one full day.

1. Sound & Audio Systems

• Line Array – 8 Nos (Speakers to be JBL or equivalent / higher grade)
• Dual Subwoofer – 4 Nos
• Stage Monitors – 3 Nos
• Wireless Microphones – 4 Nos
• Wired Microphones – 4 Nos
• DJ Machine – Digital Console + Tech for DJ
• Qualified Sound Engineer

1. Lighting & Special Effects

• Sharpy Beam Lights – 10 Nos
• Sharpy Wash Lights – 4 Nos
• LED PAR Lights – 32 Nos
• 2-Eye Blinders – 6 Nos
• Strobe Lights – 6 Nos
• Face Lights – 10 Nos
• Laser Lights – 2 Nos
• Smoke Machine – 2 Nos
• Sparkular Machine – 4 Nos
• CO₂ Jet – 4 Nos
• CO₂ Gun – 1 No

1. Visuals & LED Systems

• LED Wall – 250 sq. ft. (P3 or higher)
• LED Processor – Novastar
• Professional VJ (Visual Jockey)
• Complete Technical Rider (Tech Rider)

1. Stage, Infrastructure & Power

• Diesel Generator – 82 KVA × 2 Nos
• Stage Black Masking (Back & Side Drop)
• Ramp – 12 ft × 8 ft
• Barricade – 60 meters

Important Notes

1. Vendors must quote item-wise and category-wise.
2. Prices shall include transportation, installation, operation, dismantling, and manpower.
3. The vendor shall obtain all statutory approvals for generator usage at the event site.
4. All equipment supplied must be event-grade and industry standard.
5. Any deviation from specifications must be clearly stated in the quotation.
