FIESTA (Fisat Enthusiastic Software Techies Association) is MCA student’s association in FISAT campus to inculcate practical approach, knowledge and analytical skills of students to compete with the corporate world. The major objective is to provide a platform for students to showcase their talents in curricular and extracurricular activities.

FIESTA is active to enhance the soft skills and to expose the students to the recent trends and developments in technology.  Association regularly organizes in-house training programmes for the students to improve their soft skills and the problem solving skills essentially required for the profession. Prayaan – a National Level IT Fest, AlgoRhythm – a Techno Cultural Fest, Various competitions, Socially Committed activities, Project Exhibitions, Day Celebrations and more – the association regularly conducts many programmes with tons of learning and excitement.  The students are encouraged to participate in extracurricular activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• To conduct intra and inter collegiate IT competitions to improve leadership, time management and team building qualities of students.
• To provide and manage the common platform for FISAT MCA students to share their thoughts and ideas through department communication channel ‘FM Diary’.
• To organize department project exhibitions, cultural activities, festive day celebrations, farewell functions etc.
