Mrs Raji P is currently serving as an Assistant Professor (special grade) in the Department of Electronics and Instrumentation FISAT. She is pursuing her PhD at the Karunya Institute of Engineering. She completed her M.Tech in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation in the year 2010 and B.Tech from Mahatma Gandhi University in 2007.
She started her career in FISAT in the year 2013 as an Assistant professor. Before that, she served as a lecturer in Adi Shankara Institute of Engineering in the year 2008-2009.
Mrs Raji P is the co-founder of the start-up Rastelx Technologies Private Limited and holds the position of Director of the company since September 2022.
At FISAT she is holding the position of the start-up coordinator of the IIC at the institute level. She is actively involved in the entrepreneurship development activities of the institute and coordinates the training and workshops related to it. She is providing internships for students of the FISAT in the area of mobile application development.

Smart India Hackathon is a nationwide initiative to provide students a platform to solve some of the pressing problems we face in our daily lives and thus inculcate a culture of product innovation and a mindset of problem-solving. Mrs. Raji P has mentored the students who entered the grand finale of SIH software edition 2020 under the theme of student innovation. The team also got to interact with the honorable Prime Minister of India during the finale. He congratulated the team and the mentor for guiding such socially relevant projects. The team also entered into the final 5. The team consisted of Athulya Sreekumar, M Vishnu, Yadu Krishnan K S, Raichu Mary Mathew from the Department of Electronics and Instrumentation (S8 EIE) and Rishad ( S8 CSE ).

AICTE announced the Lilavati award with women empowerment as the theme, the objective of the award is to create awareness about issues like sanitation, hygiene, health, nutrition, literacy, employment, technology, credit, marketing, innovation, skill development, natural resources, and rights among women. Mrs. Raji P and Dr Jiji Antony (Civil Engineering) applied for the awards in the sub-theme “Women sanitation and hygiene” and FISAT was the only engineering college from Kerala that entered into the finals under the theme. FISAT entered into the final 10 teams nominated for the award. The team consisted of Athulya Sreekumar, M Vishnu, and Yadu Krishnan K S (S8 EIE)

Mrs Raji P won a grant of Rs 25000 in Health Care from Harvard Medical School and Boston Children’s Hospital for her research work. Mrs Raji P is pursuing her PhD at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences in the field of Biomedical Engineering

Toycathon 2021 is an inter-ministerial initiative organized by the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell with support from the All India Council for Technical Education, the Ministry of Women and Child Development, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Ministry of MSME, the Ministry of Textiles and Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. Mrs Raji P was the evaluator of the prestigious program and she has evaluated more than ten teams from the school category.

- UV sanitisation unit for Taluk Hospital
The UV sanitization unit designed and manufactured by Mrs. Raji P and Mr. Ajay Baby (S8 EIE) was delivered to the Taluk Hospital Angamaly on 7 July 2020. The device can be used for sanitization of N95 masks as well as the watches, phones, etc used by doctors, nurses, and the healthcare workers there.

Mrs. Raji P has been awarded the Best Paper for her paper “ Machine Learning based diagnosis of diseases associated with abnormal and heavy menstrual bleeding: A Literature Review” in the International Conference on Novel Approaches and Developments in Biomedical Engineering – ICDNABE 2021 Organized by the Department of Biomedical Engineering of Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences, Coimbatore during 22nd and 23rd April 2021.

Mrs Raji P ,Mrs Arathi E and Ms Lakshmi Nandakumar (Assistant professor, Department EIE) received the special mention award for PINKPAL MOBILE APP FOR WOMEN SECURITY in the year 2020. The hackathon was conducted by KSUM and the US state department for the empowerment of women.

Mrs Raji P and Mrs Honey Devassy (Assistant professor, department of EIE) received 6 lakhs grant for their start-up incubated in Federal Labz FISAT. The grant is for the development of their society security mobile app named COMPANION SOS

The startup founded by the team from FISAT was granted 5 lakhs for the development of their mobile app named SEVAFARM from the ministry of Agriculture under the RKVY RAFTAAR program

Mrs. Raji P is selected as the mentor of the National Entrepreneurship program conducted by IITB in the year 2023. She is serving as the mentor of two colleges St Aloysius college Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh and Symbiosis institute of technology, Pune, Maharashtra. She is guiding the ECELL in the colleges in strategizing and planning their events.
- NSS and Women Cell activities
Mrs. Raji P has associated with NSS for the distribution of posters to health centers all over Kerala for the popularization of the “One Rupee One Pad” scheme under the Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Pariyojna (PMBJP). She has also coordinated the conduct of a webinar by the Women Cell FISAT “Let’s talk about menstruation and menstrual health”, which was attended by more than 300 women. The webinar was conducted to raise awareness among women about the physical, mental and social well being associated with menstruation.
She has undergone innovation ambassador training conducted by MOE s innovation cell and AICTE during the period from 30 june to 3o july 2021
- Organized Impact Lecture series
Ms Raji P and Mr Tom Anto have organized two Impact Lecture series funded by the Institutions Innovation Cell. The first lecture series was on 25th September and was attended by more than 90 participants. The second part of the lecture series was on 12 th October 2021 and was attended by about 120 participants.

Mrs Raji P, Mr Tom Anto, Mr Anoop E G has organized and conducted an awareness programme on Innovation and Entrepreneurship for the students of FISAT
- Project exhibition EXPONENTS 2K21
Dr Anish Mathew and Mrs Raji P coordinated and conducted the project exhibition of 2017 2021 EIE batch. The projects were evaluated by experts from the industries and best projects were identified and prizes were distributed as part of the event.
Mrs Raji P served as the mentor for the Young Innovators program from 2019 to 2021. She is a certified trainer for the YIP and has given training for various schools in the district. This includes residential training for the ideators of YIP at BRC kothamangalam for the higher secondary and vocational students

- Entrepreneurship development programs
She attended Entrepreneurship development programs for two months which was conducted by the Ministry of Agriculture RKVY RAAFTAR in the year 2022. She also received certification for entrepreneurship from Google start-up school in the year 2023. She was a semi-finalist of the TiE women Global Pitchfest Competition 2023. She participated in the accelerate her program of AWS and won an AWS credit of 2000$ in the year 2023. She participated in the HUDDLE GLOBAL startup expo in the year 2023 and TiECON Kerala event 2023. She is a cohort member of the Wadhwani Liftoff program for 2023 2024.

COMPANION SOS is a society security management app founded by Mrs Raji P and Mrs Honey Devassy in the year 2023. The app is currently installed in several residential associations in Kerala and is named the life-saving app in Kerala.
Sevafarm is an e-commerce platform for cottage industries and small-scale farmers. The portal was run as a pilot in Manjapra Forane church agricultural market and was successfully run by Mrs Raji P and Mrs Honey Devassy
