ECHO (Electronics & Communication Heuristics Organization) is the association of students and staff members of the Department of  Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Federal Institute of Science and Technology. All the staff and students of the  ECE department are members of this Departmental Association. The objective of this association is to foster environments for holistic development of the students  and encourage them in self learning.  ECHO was launched in 2004. ECHO serves as a forum for technical discussions and has been actively organizing various technical events and competitions every year.
