Profile

Mr. Basil K Jeemon completed his B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Viswajyothi College of Engineering And Technology, Vazhakulam in the year 2011. He completed M. Tech in Communication Engineering from VIT University in the year 2013. He is pursuing PhD in the School of Engineering, CUSAT from  2016 onwards. His areas of interest are ‘signal processing for communication’ and ‘high-frequency antenna design’. He has taken subjects relating to electromagnetics, communication and signal processing. He is a lifetime member of ISTE.

  • Participated in the “IIT Kanpur advanced training school on Python and MATLAB/OCTAVE based OTFS system design and analysis for 6G wireless systems” organized by IIT Kanpur from 02-22nd July 2022.
  • Completed NPTEL MOOC on “Cognition, Transformation and Lives” organized by IIT Kanpur from July-Aug 2019.
  • Completed NPTEL MOOC on “Estimation for Wireless Communication in MIMO OFDM, Cellular and Sensor  Networks” organized by IIT Kanpur from July-Sep 2017.
  • Attended & Certified the “Spoken Tutorial Project” organized by IITB on LateX in June 2017.
  • Attended 10 weeks FDP on ICT in Education for Online and Blended Learning organized by IIT Bombay.
