The institution promotes an inclusive attitude. FISAT has a policy of equal access to opportunities and resources for all people, regardless of gender, caste, creed, community, or religion. The gender equity cell organises a variety of educational programmes to ensure that everyone has equal access to opportunities. Different religious festivals are celebrated.

FISAT has a policy of encouraging students in their all round development. Students are nurtured by their teachers and mentors to develop their talents, skills and attitude to develop into competent individuals ready to take up the challenges of the real world

FISAT organizes various activities to reach out to the community and provide support to the under privileged sections of the society. As part of its social commitment, many students are provided merit cum means scholarships.
