In September 2022, 6 students were selected to top 100 teams worldwide in the project competition conducted by Phoenix Contact, Germany. They received a research support of 3500 Euros which was sponsored by the company to complete the project in a year. In September 2023, the semifinals were held and they were selected to the final 25 teams from 30 countries. They are the only team from India to be selected to the finals. The finals will be held at the company’s headquarters in Germany in October 2023.
