VFiesta 2.0, the flagship event of IEEE PIE Kerala Section, served as a remarkable platform to facilitate connections between emerging entrepreneurs and seasoned industry experts, fostering collaboration and innovation. This two-day techno-managerial extravaganza, which took place on September 30 and October 1, 2023, was graced by distinguished guests, including the esteemed Mr. Balagopal Chandrashekar, former Chairman, Federal Bank, and former MD, Terumo Penpol Ltd. He was also a former IAS officer known for his exemplary leadership marked by integrity and profound insights into financial markets. Notable figures who graced the event included Prof. Imthyas Ahammed T P, Chair of IEEE PIE Kerala Section, who offered a warm welcome, and Prof. Muhammad Kasim, Chair of IEEE Kerala Section, who delivered a presidential address. Mr. Shimith P R, Chairman of FISAT provided the special address , and Dr. Mini P R, Principal in Charge of FIS AT, added her insights to the event. Mr. Mithun C, IEEE PIE KS Vice Chair, and Mr. Samanuai A, Chair of IEEE FISAT SB, also played pivotal roles. Following the inaugural ceremony, attendees had the opportunity to participate in engaging workshops spanning three diverse domains: Macrame, Passionpreneur, and the Stock Market, led by experts Suhana Shahanas, Nithin Jos, and Nithin Jon, respectively. Following the workshops, VFiesta 2.0 featured an enriching panel discussion with industry experts including Jaison Thomas, Co-founder at Bluesteak Media; Harsha Puthusserry, entrepreneur and marketing strategist; Jillu Joseph, Vice President at Webandcrafts; and Jacob Joy, Co-founder of Cultinno. The discussion was skillfully moderated by Aiswarya Pramod, Founder of Think Dots Media Productions, enhancing the event’s collaborative and innovative atmosphere. VFiesta 2.0 embodied the spirit of collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and innovation.
