A technical session on āAI, Electrification & System Engineeringā was organized by the Department of EEE, (FISAT). The session was specifically conducted for faculty members to familiarize them with the latest features and capabilities of MATLAB Simulink. The session was handled by Tharrini Raj, Customer Success Engineer at MathWorks. She demonstrated new tools and updates in MATLAB, focusing on how these features can be effectively used for simulation, model-based design, and teaching applications. The program was held on 24 March 2026 at 10:00 AM to Ā 11:45AM in the Advanced Simulation Lab (DB 211). The session emphasized enabling teachers to better guide students in MATLAB-based projects and simulations, thereby improving their industry readiness. The session was informative and beneficial for faculty, enhancing their ability to integrate modern engineering tools into academic instruction.
